Adecco is seeking a professional and friendly **Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant** to be the first point of contact for the office. The ideal candidate will greet and direct visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Greet and welcome visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce them to appropriate personnel.
+ Operate a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and route them to the correct department or personnel.
+ Retrieve, document, and forward voice mail messages as needed.
+ Provide general information to callers, including office address, directions, and company policies.
+ Maintain and update appointment calendars.
+ Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing correspondence.
+ Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
+ Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document collation.
+ Support internal teams with administrative tasks and assist with special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent required.
+ 12 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Strong communication skillsverbal and written.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
+ Professional demeanor and appearance.
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
