We are looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office and will provide administrative support across the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule appointments and maintain front desk calendar
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and/or Google Docs
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
