+ Be the first point of contactgreet patients with warmth and professionalism.
+ Manage patient check-ins/check-outs and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
+ Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with precision.
+ Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and support smooth clinic operations.
+ Collaborate with clinicians and specialists to ensure seamless patient experiences.
+ Rotate between front desk, phones, and back-end support for a well-rounded role.
What You Bring:
+ Experience in a healthcare front desk or medical call center setting.
+ Familiarity with EMR/EHR systemsEPIC experience is a plus!
+ Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
+ A calm, compassionate demeanor and a team-first attitude.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Pay: $20 - $21/hr. | Pay cycle - Weekly
