We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team. This position is a full-time, long-term contract opportunity that is hybrid in Trenton, NJ.
What Youll Do
Prepare detailed documentation of systems architecture review meetings
Document action items and notes from technical review systems
Organize documents and artifacts for project team meetings and planning sessions
Prepare summary documentation and notes as part of the electronic review process
Gather requirements for System Architecture Review (SAR) development in SimpliGov
Analyze and consolidate information from meetings and forums, beyond mere transcription
Participate in UAT activities, providing testing documentation for planned test cases and actual results
Conduct electronic reviews and contribute to process improvement efforts
Analyze tactical planning work required for agency procurements
Attend weekly systems architecture review meetings and contribute to discussions
Participate in overall project team meetings and planning meetings
What Youll Need
Required:
Knowledge of systems architecture and technical review processes
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and summary notes
Strong organizational skills to manage documents and artifacts effectively
Effective communication skills for participating in meetings and documenting actionable items.
Preferred:
Bachelors or Associates degree in IT related
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the ability to prepare testing documentation and analyze test cases and results
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $38.00- $41.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
