We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, order entry, and filing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with various office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Must speak fluent spanish
- Previous experience in a clerical or receptionist role preferred
- Experience in a medical office is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
