Client Experience Receptionist Job Description We are seeking a Client Experience Receptionist who will play a vital role in delivering a warm, empathetic, and customer-centric experience for our clients. This position involves setting up and closing the clinic, providing payment and billing support, and ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Provide a warm, empathetic, and customer-centric experience to clients. Set up the clinic at the start of the day. Close the clinic at the end of the day. Offer payment and billing support. Essential Skills 6+ months to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Exceptional customer service skills. Front desk and client relationship management. Warm, inviting, and professional demeanor. Solutions-oriented approach. Bilingual- Spanish (preferred) Additional Skills & Qualifications No healthcare background required. Receptionist and secretarial skills. Client-centric focus. Work Environment The role requires a 40-hour work week starting at 6:30 AM. The schedule includes rotating weekends, where every third weekend involves working Saturday and Sunday, with a day off before and after the weekend shift.
