Responsibilities: *Participate in task groups that have multi-site and/or company-wide impact.
*Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center.
*Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center such as family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and so forth.
*Provide center leadership with regular support, feedback and information regarding current nursing center operations and suggestions for improvement. Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree is required. Benefits: *Variable compensation plans
