Receptionist/Dispatcher**
**Location:** 119 Rocky Point Road, Middle Island, NY 11953
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Reports To:** Office Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a **Receptionist/Dispatcher** who is organized, professional, and customer-service oriented. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, handle scheduling and dispatching efficiently, and assist with various administrative tasks. Experience with ServiceTitan software is a strong plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
+ Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
+ Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on customer needs, technician availability, and geographic location.
+ Input and manage work orders, customer information, and service history using software (preferably ServiceTitan).
+ Communicate clearly with field staff regarding appointments, changes, or updates.
+ Assist with general office duties including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
+ Follow up with customers to confirm appointments or gather feedback after service.
+ Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and service documentation.
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proven experience in a receptionist, dispatcher, or similar administrative role.
+ **Computer literate** proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ **Strong organizational skills** with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
+ **Friendly, professional phone manner** and excellent communication skills.
+ **Trainable** with a willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
+ Experience with **ServiceTitan software** is a **plus** .
+ Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in a service-based industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
