We are a family owned, five-star collision repair shop known for quality work, excellent customer service, and a strong team atmosphere. Were looking for someone eager to grow within the company and be trained into a key estimator position.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer phones with a professional, upbeat attitude
Schedule appointments and manage the front office
Assist customers with paperwork and insurance communications
Keep the lobby and front desk organized and welcoming

As you gain experience and show initiative, youll begin training in:
Writing estimates using estimating software
Working with insurance adjusters
Understanding vehicle damage and repair timelines
Providing repair updates to customers

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and office software
Willingness to learn and grow in the collision repair field
Automotive interest/experience a plus but not required
Greet customers with professionalism and care
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish
Associate Degree
M-F 8am-5pm
