WHAT YOULL DO:

As our Corporate Sales Administrator, you will be in a key support role that assists the Corporate Sales Administration Manager, and all tasks related to corporate sales administration for Pape Machinery-Construction & Forestry Division. Overall, this includes ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and deadlines, preparing various reports for senior leadership, registering new/used equipment to customers, and working with internal IT and CRM teams to help develop improvements and efficiencies in the corporate sales administration processes.

Daily tasks and responsibilities :

  • Maintain daily workflow between branches and Corp Sales Administration Team.
  • Handle MSO (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) retention and disbursement to branches.
  • Assist Branch Sales Administrators with sales-related processes.
  • Maintain scanning of documents related to Corporate Sales Administration, and Corporate Sales Inventory, into Salesforce.
  • Settle John Deere Equipment, Leases, Provisionals, Payoffs in the John Deere Business system.
  • Register New and Used John Deere equipment to customers.

Monthly tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist with Cost Accounting on all Whole Good products.
  • Prepare and process monthly Territory Manager Rental and Sales Commissions.
  • Purchase and transfer extended warranty for all manufacturer Retail Sold Machines.
  • Process John Deere National and Direct Sales.
  • Register John Deere Equipment trade-ins and used-sold machines.
  • Reconcile CE and CCE John Deere Statements.
  • Maintain various reports.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent communication skills, including appropriate telephone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • Experience with AI tools, Sharepoint, SalesForce, and John Deere business systems preferred.
  • Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is a plus.
