Bilingual Receptionist VIP Staffing Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States 1 day ago Quick Job type Full-time Quick Job description VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Bilingual Receptionist for a leading organization in Albuquerque, NM. This is a Full Time Temp to hire position. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8 : 30am- 5 : 00pm. Pay for this position is $15-$20 DOE. As a Bilingual Receptionist you will : Answer Multiple Phone lines, handle calls, transfer to appropriate departments, take accurate messages, and ensure timely delivery. Check E-mails- manage reception email in box and respond promptly or redirect inquiries. Make Bank Deposits, collect and prepare daily bank deposits and maintain accurate records for reporting. Sort Incoming Mail. Check Students Uniforms. Prepare Conference room for meetings and events. Support other staff with administrative duties such as photocopying and filing. Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. Bilingual Receptionist candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration : High school diploma or equivalent. Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential. Previous receptionist or admin experience preferred. Excellent verbal, and written communication. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong organizational, multitasking skills. Attention to detail, and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
