We're currently hiring a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist What You'll Be Doing: Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors. Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations; Provide general administrative and clerical support. Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls. Assist the admissions team with various tasks. Maintain and tidy the reception area. Be a steady, supportive presence for residentsbecause your care matters. What We're Looking For: Great customer service skills and a welcoming and positive demeanor. Ability to multi task and maintain composure. Prior experience in reception or related field, preferred. Experience using phone systems, printers/copiers, computer applications, preferred. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
