Your day to day as a Receptionist Part-time

As a Part-Time Receptionist at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, you will embody our commitment to excellence and customer service. Your essential duties will include projecting a professional and welcoming demeanor that leaves a positive first impression on residents, visitors, and guests. You will expertly handle various situations with poise, patience, and discretion, ensuring each interaction reflects our core values. Daily responsibilities involve managing incoming calls and dispatching messages via two-way radio, assisting residents with photocopying and mailing needs, and logging pharmacy prescriptions.

Additionally, you will maintain key check-out logs and stay informed about events by reviewing the daily LIFE Calendar.   • Ability to read a limited number of words and recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers; Ability to write and speak simple sentences as a means for basic communication. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, notes, letters and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence; ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers and clients, the general public and other employees of the organization.
