Receptionist / Clerical Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role requires a professional who is organized, efficient, and skilled at multitasking.

Duties include:
Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Scheduling appointments
Answer incoming calls, making some outbound calls to client base or individual.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment such as printers, copiers and scanners.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
