As the Front Desk Coordinator at Universal Technical Institute's Miramar, FL campus, you will serve as the welcoming face and brand ambassador for our vibrant community. Your key responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, efficiently managing details, and nurturing strong relationships. This role involves engagement with prospective students, handling phone inquiries, and managing clerical tasks.

- Has a friendly and approachable demeanor who can easily establish a rapport with visitors - including potential students, families, UTI colleagues, and industry partners.
- Can handle visitor inquiries, concerns, and requests in a proactive and professional manner.
- Able to work collaboratively with team members to address any issues promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, have all individuals register at the Front Desk, and direct visitors to appropriate staff members
- Respond to all incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring efficient routing to the appropriate department
- Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
- Provide administrative support to a variety of staff such as the Campus Visit & Event Supervisor, Campus Admissions Manager and to other departments such as Corporate Office Admission (as needed).
- Support a range of campus events including Open House, Orientation, Graduation, and more, to contribute to the vibrant campus community
Education / Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in an in-person customer service or guest relations role required
- Previous experience with multi-line phone system strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly visible environment
