Pay: $23-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Take messages and respond to inquiries professionally
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
- Perform basic data entry, filing, copying, and document handling
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with visitors and coworkers
- A friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor is essential
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and keep the front office running smoothly
- Comfortable using office equipment and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Capable of handling inquiries and resolving small issues independently
