Responsibilities
Phone and In-person Customer Service.
Appointment Scheduling and Coordination.
Schedule site visits or estimates for design or cleaning services.
Follow up with clients after service to ensure satisfaction.
Report complaints, requests, or feedback to the appropriate department.
Log relevant data into the CRM or management system.

Basic Administrative Support to other areas:
Effective Internal Communication.
Inform the design or cleaning teams of any changes in the daily schedule.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure teams are prepared and on time.
Sales and Marketing Support.
Capture new leads through forms or internal databases.

Professional Presentation:
Represent company values with a positive, courteous, and solution-oriented attitude.
