Real Property Management Vesta is seeking a full-time Receptionist to work from our office in downtown Macon.

The successful applicant will have a professional demeanor and will be ready to work in a fast-paced office setting. Duties will include the following:

• Receive phone calls and route to the appropriate staff member
• Greet visitors to the office and introduce to appropriate staff member
• Receive payments and issue receipts
• Schedule appointments
• Prepare mailings
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Maintain supply inventory and replenish as needed

The successful applicant will have experience in customer facing roles and will have the ability to quickly learn new software applications with the proper training.
