One of our clients in the government domain is seeking a Network Systems Administrator who will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Manages telecommunications circuits, performs troubleshooting for network and system issues across various public safety and state agencies, and collaborates with vendors to resolve technical problems. Ensures network security by monitoring enterprise security systems and responding to alerts. Maintains detailed documentation and prepares end-of-life equipment for salvage.

Required Skills:
- Install, maintain, configure, upgrade, and administer network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, et al.)
- Wipe the configuration of end-of-life network equipment and prepare for salvage
- Administer agency telecommunication circuit moves, adds, and changes
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues for the Department of Public Safety (DPS), Automated Title Processing System (ATPS), Deputy Registrar (DR) agencies, Driver License Examination (DX) Stations, and the Ohio Narcotics Intelligence Center (ONIC) networks and systems
- Create, organize, file, and maintain documentation
- Review and monitor enterprise security systems; take appropriate action and respond to alarms/alerts per policy and procedure
- Work with vendors to resolve information system user issues related to DPS networks, systems, or applications
