Receptionist Responsibilities:
Provide essential day-to-day administrative support as the initial point of contact for the office
Warmly greet clients and visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional manner
Execute general administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and mail management
Ensure accurate entry of W-2 and other payroll data into internal systems
Maintain a neat and organized front office area
Assist accountants and staff with light clerical tasks as required
Support in document preparation and organizing client records
Receptionist Qualifications:
1-2 years of previous office or front-desk experience
Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
Professional and approachable demeanor with outstanding communication skills
Ability to work full-time on-site and adapt to changing seasonal schedules
