Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Do:

• Be the face and voice of our company by greeting visitors, issuing passes, explaining site safety, and ensuring no one enters without proper approval.
• Own our phone system, answering within two rings and professionally routing calls.
• Run our lobby with pride-keep it clean, stocked, and welcoming.
• Manage mail and correspondence (check every other day).
• Welcome job candidates and connect them with directors for onsite interviews.
• Handle photocopying, data entry, vendor calls, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications & Required Skills

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years in administrative, receptionist, or HR support roles.
• Bilingual Spanish (spoken & written).
• High school diploma/GED; prior experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; comfort with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
