Receptionist/Office Assistant

Work from a casual, friendly and inclusive office environment.
Tax & accounting office is currently searching for an entry level position

Key Responsibilities:

-Must possess good organizational skills,
-Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
-Should be able to handle social media accounts.
-Responsible for answering and making phone calls.
-Reply to emails, schedule appointments.
-Follow up with clients, make collection calls.
-Prepare invoices, provide sales receipts, charge opened invoices.
-Maintain office supplies.

Requirements:

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH.

-Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
-Taxation/Bookkeeping knowledge is a plus and will increase salary opportunity.
-Customer service experience at must.
-Accuracy and attention to detail.
