Insight Global seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join the state of Utah's largest commercial real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for inbound calls and walk-ins, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Pay range is between $12-$14hr and is dependant upon experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
