In this role , you will be responsible for working in a fast paced environment , answering phones , communicating with people in person, scheduling appointments, data entry and supporting multiple departments. You must be fluent in both English and Spanish , have strong interpersonal skills , and be able to work independently with minimal supervision . The ability to multi - task and prioritize tasks is a must . The position is Monday - Friday 745 AM - 5 PM. Resp ons ibilities : Schedule appointments and manage calendar G reet and assist customers in - person and on the phone Answer customer inquiries and provide guidance as needed Perform minor accounting tasks such as data entry and filing M aintain office supplies and order when necessary Handle incoming and outgoing mail Follow up on customer inquiries and requests Qual ifications : Flu ency in both English and Spanish Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Pro ven organizational and multit asking abilities 3 or more years of office experience Prof iciency with computers and office equipment High school diploma or equivalent
