About the Opportunity
- Support site health and safety operations by managing high volumes of documentation, including incident reports, training records, and subcontractor submissions.
- Coordinate HSE onboarding for new hires, track safety orientation completion, and manage PPE issuance.
- Provide administrative assistance for HSE meetings, including scheduling, taking minutes, and ensuring availability of safety communications across the site.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely submission of required documentation to the prime contractor and internal stakeholders.
About You
- You have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, ideally within the construction industry; prior safety-related experience is an asset.
- Youre highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks independently.
- Youre proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- You communicate clearly, work well under pressure, and can effectively collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies and support compliance.
Salary Range
$27 - $32 an hour
