As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing a welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and electronic communications like email and text
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
• Process payments and handle financial transactions
• Manage medical records and ensure accuracy
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations
• Check in appointment and surgeries and explain protocols for appointments
• Relay medical information provided by veterinarians
• General housekeeping duties (twice daily and as needed for accidents)
• Order refills and explain testing protocols
• Client education

Required Skills:

• Experience in small animal care

Salary and Benefits:
