- Greets and directs visitors in office.
- Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel
- Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required, may update appointment calendars
- May order, receive and maintain office supplies and equipment
- May receive, sort and route mail
- May assist other employees or departments by gathering, checking, and preparing documents; maintain accounts; set-up appointments; assemble packages

The pay range for this role is $15.67 - $20.89
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
