Twin Resources is a large Design/Build Construction Company, specializing in Landscape Construction and Maintenance, located in Monmouth County serving the Tri-State area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome guests and staff upon arrival at the office (professionally dressed, as you are the first impression of the company)
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access from the reception desk
Set up desks for new hires
Filing for Purchasing and Accounting as needed
Manage office supplies and keep inventory of stock (Tues PO Submittal, Fri Inventory Checklist)
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Arrange travel and/or accommodations
Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Track and file Generate proposal/cost sheet
Clean and maintain conference rooms, kitchen, front waiting area
Update and distribute Phone Directory to all employees when a new employee starts
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
