Front Desk Agent

The Yogo Inn is hiring a part-time to full-time Front Desk Agent.

HOURS: Variable shifts and days, including some weekends and holidays

WAGE: $14.00/hr; negotiable, depending upon experience

DUTIES:

Answer telephones, transfer calls, messaging, greet guests, make reservations, check guests in/out, handle payment transactions, operate computer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be reliable, dependable, and be clean and neat in appearance

Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills

Committed to making a positive impression of the business with guests

Value and respect co-workers

Must have knowledge of and ability to operate computer and 10-key

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to lift up to 20 pounds on occasion

Able to stand and walk throughout work shift
