Responsibilities As an associate, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to our loyal clientele The associate plays a key role in maintaining the store's reputation and image as the first point of contact Ensure all calls and customers are greeted in a timely and welcoming fashion to initiate positive visits; Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom Answer & direct incoming calls and inquiries and follow up with the customers Handle settlement and title works Dropping and picking of vehicles if needed Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties, as needed Must be able to work on Saturdays Training will be provided Qualifications Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications Professional communication skills Be able to adjust and focus Oral Communication-the individual clearly identifies and professionally expresses issues in positive or negative situations Planning/Organizing--the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently Pay: $17 to $20 per hour Principals only.
