Apartment Community Receptionist/Office Assistant Needed*

We are looking for a highly motivated, people-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Assistant at our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide excellent customer service and support to current and prospective tenants

*Assist the Property Manager with daily office and clerical tasks

*Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage tenant communications

*Maintain organized records and handle basic administrative duties

Qualifications:
Experience with clerical work and general office duties

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred many of our tenants primarily speak Spanish

Position Details:
Full-time or part-time available
