**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Coordinator II to join our healthcare team. The Patient Services Coordinator II will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth patient flow within the facility.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology and basic understanding of insurance procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule patient appointments and procedures accurately and efficiently
- Greet patients, verify insurance information, and update patient records
- Answer patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely patient care
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
