Service Cashier/Receptionist
Foundation Automotive Chevrolet is searching for a service receptionist. Applicants must demonstrate a positive, friendly disposition with both customers and coworkers. They must be organized, possess a high level of integrity, and have a commitment to world class customer service. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Automotive Receptionist Duties
- Demonstrates a positive, friendly disposition with both customers and coworkers.
- Schedules service appointments over the phone and follow up with Customers after their visit
- Communicates effectively and politely with all customers and coworkers.
- Maintains a high level of customer service and professionalism in all aspects of position.
- Answers a high-volume of calls with friendliness and professionalism and directs them to the appropriate department or person.
- Uses the computer and office equipment as needed to perform a variety of tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
- Maintains accurate files and call logs.
Automotive Receptionist Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of reception or office experience or customer service
- Computer literate
- Must be able to multitask and follow directions
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment testing such as background test and drug screen
