Position Overview
National EWP is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our Elko, NV office. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be a member of the Administrative Services team at an operational field office providing administrative support to the field team. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will help support and facilitate the office's day-to-day activities.

Essential Functions
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will provide general administration support, proactively and as directed from multiple groups within the organization including but not limited to Operations, Safety, Business Development, Accounting, Commercial Group, Administrative Services, and others as necessary including clients. This role will also provide backup support for the Office Manager.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls in a professional manner.
- Sorting and distribution of mail.
- Provide meeting set up and tear down.
- Maintain and organize work areas.
- Greet and direct guests in the office.
- Maintain communal spaces within the office.
- Maintain office IT equipment (printers, copiers, projectors, TV’s, conference phones, etc.)
- Manage outgoing mail (USPS, UPS & FedEx drop-offs)
- General office errands as needed (set up for classes, food orders, etc.)
Building Maintenance & Management:
- Ability to troubleshoot building issues and work with maintenance vendors for scheduling work and repairs.
- Manage control of building security and access (alarm codes, key distribution logs, etc.)
- Coordinate requested upgrades and office additions.
Additional Support Responsibilities as Needed:
- Personnel travel coordination and system updates.
- Expense reporting and updates (Travel card and Operational support).
- Receiving and distribution of assets to field personnel.
- Licensing (Operations and Administrative).
- Payroll processing support.
- DrillSite (internal system) employee upkeep.
- As requested, projects from managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Any combination of experience and education would likely produce the required knowledge and abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing required.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work required.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
