This position is responsible for managing all front office functions, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring the lobby and reception areas remain clean and organized. The Receptionist must demonstrate excellent communication skills, maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information, and support administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the agency. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Answer phones and greet walk-insSchedule assessments, orientations, and appointmentsMaintain organized filing systems for employee and client recordsSupport onboarding documentation for caregiversCollect and process timesheets and service logsAssist with compliance tracking and data entryEnsure confidentiality in all matters related to client and staff informationMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of office or administrative experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong customer service and communication skillsMust be 18 years or olderValid government-issued photo IDMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Completion of - Criminal Record StatementFingerprinting clearance via Live Scan (DOJ/FBI Background Check)Must have negative TB test resultsBilingual skills a plus (Spanish, Tagalog, Mandarin, etc.)
