school/department and its administrative organization. 1.* Analyze data in a previously designed format and provide basic conclusions.2.*Answer and route telephone calls.3.*Collect, record, or enter data/information in a previously designed format.4.*Compile data and information.5.*Compute and tabulate data from computer and document records as directed.6.*Verify accuracy of data and information submitted.7.*Dispense medication to students according to prescribed policy and procedures.8.*Maintain documents and computer files.9.*Greet and assist visitors to the school/department.10.*Operate specialized equipment or computer software on a repetitive and basic level.11.*Order supplies based on submitted requests.12.*Process request forms at an entry level of transaction, such as checking the form for completeness.13.*Receive and distribute supplies/equipment, including authority to sign for receipt.14.*Reconcile records as directed based on set time periods, criteria and requirements of the assigned function.15.*Schedule activities/appointments on a calendar as assigned.16.*Sort and distribute mail.THIS DOCUMENT CONTINUES ON A SECOND PAGE.

Physical Requirements (physical conditions of a position)

A. Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently. If the use of arm

and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job

is rated as Light Work.

Physical Activity (physical activities of a position)

A. Sitting - Resting with the body supported by the buttocks or thighs.

B. Finger Dexterity - Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm.

C. Repetitive Motions - Substantial and continuous movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

D. Talking - Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which detailed or important

spoken instructions must be conveyed accurately, loudly or quickly.

E. Hearing Acuity - The ability to perceive speech and other environmental sounds at normal loudness levels.

F. Visual Acuity - The power to see at a level which allows reading of numbers and text, operation of equipment, inspection of

machines, etc.

Working Conditions (conditions the worker will be subject in a position)

A. Indoors - The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions. There is protection from weather conditions but not

necessarily from temperature changes.
