TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Manager to oversee the PACE of Cincinnati PACE Center located in Norwood Ohio. Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility.
Job Overview:
The PACE Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing general office tasks. This position requires strong organization and communication skills.

- Full-time position: 80 hours bi-weekly

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified. Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Greet, assist and check in PACE participants and guests at the PACE Center. Direct PACE Center visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and forward communications as appropriate. Provide basic and accurate PACE information in person and via phone/email.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary supplies and materials.
Assist in the scheduling of meetings as assigned by PACE leadership staff.
Order and receive all PACE Center supplies as directed by PACE leadership.
Maintain PACE Center security by following organization safety procedures and controlling building access via the reception desk.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Other duties as assigned by PACE leadership staff.
