This is an hourly position which will include an attendance bonus of $3 per hour on the first 40 hours work per week. Regular and overtime wages are paid on Fridays each week and the attendance bonus is paid out every two weeks as a $240 bonus if earned. Retention bonus $1000 paid out over six months. Benefits: After 90 days: 80 Hours of PTO - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K w/match, life insurance ($20K company paid), STD, LTD. Candidate must speak English and Spanish fluently .

Description:

  • The Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining the front office while navigating all incoming calls, checking messages daily, and greeting visitors, while providing exceptional customer service internally and externally.

    The receptionist will also be responsible for assisting HR and managing projects across other departments as needed. The receptionist will be the face of the business to incoming traffic and should portray our business in a professional, positive manner.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean and organized front office environment
  • Greet and direct all visitors to appropriate location or person/often using radio
  • Answer incoming phone calls, delegating them to the appropriate party and respond to emails.
  • Handle all inbound and outbound parcel shipments at the front desk area
  • Assist departments with projects including HR, Operations, and other areas as assigned.
  • Order and maintain office supplies room supplies, and company swag.
  • Order and maintain ink toner/cartridge for all departments
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating office events and meetings and order food for various functions or visitors.
  • Assist with Orientation and Onboarding. Greeting walk ins and candidates scheduled for interviews and contacting the hiring manager to come to the front to perform the interview.
  • Maintain spreadsheet reporting by entering data regularly.
  • Must be a self-starter that does not wait to be told to start tasks once learned.
  • Help operations with inventory annually.
  • Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Education – Experience Required

  • High school diploma, equivalent (GED)
  • 2+ years of customer service or HR Assistant experience
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Paycom or other HRIS programs is a plus
  • Mind reading abilities a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Must have the ability to read and write effectively
  • Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form.
  • Willingness to learn and dependable work ethic.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be at work on time
