Additional Job Description

The role of the Receptionist is to monitor the front office to greet and sign in any visitors that come to the office. This includes signing in, distributing visitor badge and signing out when leaving. The role also supports the mailroom, AP, Customer Payments and Special Billing by making sure that all documents produced are folded and mailed out. This includes refund checks, invoices and letters. This role is also in charge of recording and returning duplicate checks and/or unidentified payments to customers.

• Timeliness

• Tasks are completed daily

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Signs in and out all visitors to the building

• Records all customer payments that need to be returned in a Goggle document

• Folds and mails out all correspondence printed by collections and special billing teams

• Folds and mails out Cash team refund checks

• Handles any sales calls or deliveries that come to the main entrance

• Must successfully meet pre-employment background scree

Required Experience:

• Previous Office Receptionist Role

Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics:

• Willingness to help where ever needed

• Communicates well with visitors

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training:

• Training will be provided, no specific formal education is required

Pay Range

Hourly: $16.50 - $18.00
