Temporary Receptionist Coverage (July 10-25)

The Choice, Inc. is seeking a short-term receptionist for our client, a professional association in the public health space.

This opportunity is a temporary need. The required dates of work would be:

• Wednesday, July 9
• Thursday, July 10
• Monday, July 14- Thursday, July 17
• Monday, July 21 - Thursday, July 24

The hours would be 9am-5:15pm with a 45-minute lunch (7.5 hours).

This position will be fully in person. Candidates be fully available for the outlined schedule above.

This client often requests temporary support. There could be similar future needs as well.

Qualifications:

• Previous professional office experience, preferably managing front desk/receptionist responsibilities
• Highly professional with strong customer service skills
• Fully able to work in downtown DC.

The office is located near Union Station/Judiciary Square and is walkable from Metro.

Candidates must also be fully-vaccinated for Covid.
