Brown & Brown is seeking a Property and Casualty Account Administrator to join our growing team in L as Vegas, NV!
The Property and Casualty Account Administrator is r esponsible for the day-to-day functions of assisting the Account Managers with duties such as certificates, endorsements, etc. and other duties as assigned.
How You Will Contribute:
Process certificates in AMS360 from start to finish, ensuring coverage requirements are met, and handling renewals, updates, and distribution to insureds.
Request policy changes from carriers, update AMS360, create endorsement tasks, and process within 30 days .
Manage and send 6-month and final audit letters (GL & WC) within the required timelines.
Order monthly loss runs, attach documents in ImageRight , and notify Account Managers when complete.
Initiate claims using Acord forms, notify carriers the same day, and follow up with adjusters, keeping Account Managers informed.
Review policies for accuracy using the Policy Checking Form, notify Account Managers of discrepancies, and request corrections from carriers.
Prepare and send policy letters upon request and after Account Manager review.
Attach all relevant documents (certificates, invoices, loss runs, etc.) to ImageRight or Paperwise /TAM for recordkeeping.
Email/mail certificates, policy letters, audit notices, and other documentation to insureds in a timely manner.
Regularly alert and update Account Managers on certificate compliance, claims, loss runs, and any policy or endorsement changes.
Licenses and Certifications:
License or Designation - preferred
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Exceptional telephone demeanor
1 - 3 years' experience in a similar position

Pay Range
$18 - $20 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
