Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Skyland Lodge in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. • Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone and previous customer service experience is beneficial
• Ability to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors
• Learn new system quickly and quickly navigate various software
• Must be able to stay organized within a busy atmosphere.
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts
