Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our organization. The primary focus of this role is to provide a positive first impression for our organization. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

In this role you will:

Greet and welcome all visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Receive and route mail, packages, and other deliveries
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Exceptional communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Proficient in using common office equipment and software (Microsoft Office)

What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:

High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service
