**Job Description**

**Responsible to greet and welcome visitors and determines nature of business. Direct phone calls to appropriate staff member and handle a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks.**

**Education And Credentials**

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

**Experience**

**1 year of experience in customer service or human services required. 1 year of experience in a geriatric or health care setting preferred.**
