Bilingual Receptionist (Full-Time)

Duties:

* Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

* Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.

* Assist with data entry and order entry, accurately inputting information into company databases or systems.

* Proofread documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling before distribution.

* File and transcribe important documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

* Provide support to other team members as needed, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Skills:

* Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

* Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.

* Data entry experience.

* Ability to file documents accurately and maintain an organized filing system.

* Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) (acrobat) and other relevant software programs.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
