Autobody Receptionist
Location: Manassas Park, VA
Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Performance Auto Body, Inc. is a trusted name in automotive collision repair, known for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Were seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our shop and a key part of our customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and create a friendly first impression
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments and manage the shop calendar
- Provide updates to customers about the status of their vehicles
- Handle insurance paperwork and assist with claim processing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, email correspondence)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive industry a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and office software
- Bilingual (optional, but a plus)
