Position Summary
The Receptionist / Office Junior will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Reception coverage including screening telephone calls, fielding inquiries and requests, and escalating urgent matters to the appropriate person(s).
- Sales Support and Customer Service back up.
- General office support including stationery management, mail, catering for events, and other office projects as required.
- Other duties as assigned
Critical Education, Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 1-3 years of administration experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound time management skills: managing ones own time, setting priorities, planning, and organizing.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build rapport with staff at all levels.
Desirable Education, Qualifications & Experience
- Intermediate computer skills with experience across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to use initiative and solve problems.
- Customer service and/or hospitality experience highly regarded.
