$70,000-$95,000 base pay (DOE) with generous wage growth

POSITION
In this role, the administrator will passionately lead and grow the firm-wide safety program. This role is crucial for maintaining our exceptional safety culture and ensuring compliance with safety standards and government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a self-driven mindset and a strong background in safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach and influence others. These responsibilities include:
Partner with employees and management to continually further the company's safety mindset
Manages the company's safety initiatives and regulatory compliance programs
Responsible for ensuring that safety policies are up-to-date and compliant
Ensures company practices conform to applicable company policies and government regulations
Prepares and submits OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 reporting
Tracks and monitors safety-related incidents and near miss reports[LE1]
Develop and provide ongoing safety training
Conducts workplace safety evaluations
Partners with Human Resources to manage workers' compensation claims
Conduct job site analysis and seek areas for improvement
Performs internal auditing of the safety program
Maintain the Emergency Response Plan and ensure compliance with necessary drills and exercises
Promotes safety through mentoring and education
Expands, develops, and implements safety programs to promote a safe work environment

YOUR STRENGTHS[LE2]
5+ years of experience designing and implementing company-wide safety programs
Bachelor's degree in safety
Safety experience in construction or heavy civil
OSHA 30 certified preferred
Certified Safety Professional or similar certifications preferred
Periodic travel to company office locations, project job sites, and other company functions.
Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
