We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-savvy Total Rewards Operations Manager to join our Total Rewards team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the operational aspects of our compensation programs, with a primary focus on executing our annual compensation cycle. This role will also support Workday administration and reporting, ensuring data integrity and operational excellence in all aspects of our Total Rewards processes. What You Will Do Lead the annual compensation cycle, including project planning, system configuration, testing, data validation, and coordination across stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely process. Partner with the Total Rewards team to support compensation planning, merit, and bonus processes. Assist with backend Workday administration, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for compensation-related modules. Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support analytics and decision-making for HR and business leaders. Ensure data integrity across compensation systems, proactively identify and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with HRIS, HR Business Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to support Total Rewards initiatives. Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability within Total Rewards operations. Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training related to compensation tools and processes. Qualifications You Must Have A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. Experience managing cyclical processes such as compensation reviews or bonus programs. Project management experience. Qualifications We Prefer Hands-on experience with Workday, especially in compensation modules and reporting. Experience supporting executive compensation processes. Familiarity with PowerBI. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage complex processes and drive cross-functional collaboration. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
