Grain Operations Manager

Gpac is currently partnered with a well-established agribusiness group that is in need of a Grain Operations Manager to oversee their grain elevator operations.

This individual will eventually be responsible for the overall operations management of their location.

The ideal Grain Operations Manager candidate will possess strong grain handling and grain storage experience, along with facility and equipment maintenance knowledge.

Grain Operations Manager Responsibilities
• Manage the oversight of operations personnel
• Manage grain inventory and quality
• Oversee loading/unloading of grain
• Oversight of grain blending
• Safety and compliance management
• Oversight of capital projects
• Provide a high level of customer service

Grain Operations Manager Requirements
• 1+ years of grain management experience
• Strong knowledge of grain operations
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees
